Brian Schwenneker, 35, Augusta, violation of sex offender registry, Aug. 28, $1,000 cash or $10,000 surety, court appearance Oct. 26, Jay Police Department.

Michael B. Stanchfield, 42,  Livermore Falls, three counts forgery, three counts theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 29, no bail listed, Jay Police Department.
