FARMINGTON — Police released further information Wednesday on a two-vehicle crash on Route 133 the day before.

Beverly Campochiaro, 70, of Zephyrhills, Fla., was treated and released from Franklin Memorial Hospital later Tuesday, according to a hospital spokesman.

Campochiaro was riding with Gail DeGraff, 59, of Norridgewock who slowed her 2011 Buick Lucerne to turn in to Sandy River Nursing Care Center. DeGraff’s car was struck from behind, according to Farmington police Sgt. Eddie Hasting’ report.

Robert Berry, 72, of Livermore Falls was driving behind DeGraff’s car and told police he did not see the directional signal and hit the car with his 2008 Ford Focus, the report said.

DeGraff and other witnesses said the turn signal was on, according to the report.

DeGraff had two other passengers, Leonard Stymiest, 93, of Norridgewock and Shalina Stymiest, 32, Monson, Mass.

All four people in DeGraff’s car complained of minor injuries and pain, but only Campochiaro was taken to the hospital.
