* George Bernard, 29, of 571 Washington St., domestic assault, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana, 12:36 a.m. Thursday at the Bass Motel on Washington Street.

Lewiston

* Corey B. Moholland, 19, of Auburn, flipped his motorcycle when the driver of an unidentified vehicle cut in front of him at 3:46 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar and Oxford streets. Damage to his 2005 Yamaha was listed as functional.

* A vehicle driven by Rhonda L. Fitzpatrick, 48, of Lisbon, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Charles J. Roberts, 51, of Wales, while Roberts was stopped in traffic at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday at Lisbon Street and South Avenue. Damage to Roberts’ 1994 GMC was listed as minor. Damage to Fitzpatrick’s 2007 Hyundai was listed as functional.
