Bluegrass gig and benefit
The trio Back Woods Road will play its mix of folk, rock, blues, country and bluegrass on Friday, Sept. 14, at She Doesn’t Like Guthries. All three members are songwriters and sing lead so there is always something fresh to listen to. The show is at 8 p.m. No cover charge. Guthries is at 115 Middle St., Lewiston. The trio will also give a concert along with eight other bluegrass bands on Saturday, Oct. 6, benefiting the family of Kiara Pacheco, a 6-year-old who was diagnosed in March with the life-threatening disease Aplastic Anemia.
