NORWAY — Robert “Bob” and Rita LaFlamme of Norway were given a celebration party Aug. 18 in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married June 30, 1962.

The celebration party was hosted by their sons and daughters-in-law, John and Sue LaFlamme of Brunswick and Jim and Ethel LaFlamme of Greene.

Family and friends attending the party took pleasure in a homemade feast and slide show. Many happy hours were spent reminiscing about the couple’s 50 years of marriage.
