RUMFORD — In recognition of its 5th year anniversary, Marden’s of Rumford will host a Harvest Celebration from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29.

Rumford and Mexico town managers will take a seat in the dunk tank, along with a special appearance from Jesse Petersen, Mixed Martial Arts Middleweight Boxing champion. Selectman Jolene Lovejoy will appear as Rumford Marden’s Lady Loyal Shopper.

A fashion show will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. featuring local residents and top brand clothing. A free children’s corner will feature pumpkin carving, face painting and bean bag toss with prizes. A Chinese auction and bake sale will benefit the Dempsey Challenge and Little Red Stocking charities.
