BRIDGTON — Calvin Nevells II, 37, of Bridgton, died Monday, Sept. 24, at Bridgton Hospital.

He was born in Bridgton, March 30, 1975, the son of Calvin Harvey and Anna Marie Allen Nevells. He graduated from Lake Region High School and had been employed as a truck driver. He was captain of the Bridgton Fire Department.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashli; his wife, Terri Sanborn; his father, Calvin and significant other, Carlene; his mother, Anna Marie; his brother, Chris and wife, Crystal; his sister, Jessica; his uncle, Wally and wife, Christine; his aunt, Julie and husband, Buster; his stepdaughter, Andreea; his stepson, John; grandchildren, Olivia and Titus; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Mandell, Joli, Dana Farber, Dr. Swanson, Sally Dunning, Trina Sanborn, Karen Mentus, Miss Daisy “Rita”, Jeff and Chris, Mike, Bob and Ed, Heather Thurston, and especially Dr. Verrill for his patience and compassion. Also big thanks go to the staffs of Central Maine Medical Center, Bridgton Hospital and the entire Bridgton Fire Department.
