AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer a customer service program titled Give ’em the Pickle.

The program helps customer service representatives, store clerks and waitstaff sharpen their customer service skills.

It will be held from 8:30a.m. to noon Oct. 17. The cost of the workshop is $49.

This noncredit course is open to anyone interested in improving the customer service experience for their patrons. Registration is open and ongoing, however space is limited. Deadline for registration is Oct. 10.
