CANTON, N.Y. — St. Lawrence University welcomes the following students as members of the class of 2016.

Each first-year student will participate in St. Lawrence University’s innovative First-Year Program, an introduction to the liberal arts curriculum taught in residence halls by faculty teams. Clear writing and speaking skills are stressed, and careful advising is provided for all students.

Taren L. McGray of Turner, a graduate of Leavitt Area High School.

Louisa M. Stancioff of Chesterville, a graduate of Mount Blue High School.
