AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College is offering a series of classes in Workplace Management.

The first, Workplace Communication, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 10.

The workshop breaks down the skills of listening, speaking effectively and training to act in ways that truly reflect your work and that enhance your ability to benefit from your work with others.

Registration for this course is open and ongoing, however space is limited.

The cost for the course is $89 and includes all materials.

The other classes are Workplace Negotiation and Workplace Delegation. Participants may register for the complete series for $229.

Deadline for registration is Oct. 5.
