* Kevin E. Pettegrow, 30, of Rumford, Sept. 26, domestic violence assault with priors and violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.

* Lisa A. Fowler, 53, of Mexico, Sept. 27, operating under the influence, Rumford Police Department.

* Travis L. Child, 26, of Peru, Sept. 28, domestic assault and criminal mischief, Mexico Police Department.
