AAA Safe Driving for Mature Operators qualifies for Maine’s mandatory insurance premium discount for 55-plus.

American Red Cross Babysitter Training is for children 11-15, who will receive American Red Cross Babysitter Training certification upon completion of the course.

Ballroom Dancing – Beginning will teach the basics of foxtrot, waltz and swing.

Ballroom Review is for those who have taken a basic beginner class in foxtrot, waltz and swing and want to brush up or review.

Maine Driving Dynamics offers all drivers the opportunity to improve their defensive driving abilities. Those completing the course will get a three-point credit on their driving record and seniors 55 and up qualify for Maine’s mandatory insurance premium.

MineCraft: Be the master of your own virtual world. Learn the ins and outs of this game. Open to all ages and students must have their own laptop computer.

Reiki II: Participants learn additional symbols, in absentia (long distance) healing, and receive a second attunement increasing the ability to channel energy.

Reiki III-Master Teacher: Participants should have completed Reiki Level I and II studies, and be ready to make Reiki a part of their lives.

Sewing I is for students who have never sewed before.

Sewing II is for those with basic skills; the class is the next step to making a favorite garment.

Six Feet Under: Funeral Choices will talk about home funerals, green cemeteries, natural burial, advance directives, scattering ashes and pre-planning and prepaying. Coffins (including plans for building your own), the dreaded paperwork and more will be discussed.

What Does it Mean to be Irish? Part 2. Explore the music, stories, sports, dance, humor, holidays and history of the Island and Androscoggin Irish. Local field trips included. Previous participation in part 1 is not required.

Spreadsheet Skills: Learn how to create a wide variety of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and OpenOffice Calc, a free, open-source office suite.
