People are not listening to Mitt Romney’s statement about the 47 percent.

He is not speaking about those who are working for low wages and trying to support themselves and their families. He is speaking about those who do not want to get a low-wage job or really do not care to work. They think they deserve welfare/food stamps because they have always received assistance, or their parents have.

Romney wants to get people into the workforce so they can stand on their own feet and provide for their families.

Myself and my family are not alien to hard times but we did the best we could for ourselves. We did not depend on the government for help.

Yes, there are people who need help and deserve it, but there are others who abuse it. It is easy to distinguish the difference.

So let’s really look at things in the right perspective.
