JAY — The wedding of Emily Claire Cloutier and Karlton Al-Ray Jones was held at 1 p.m. on Aug. 18 at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay. The Rev. Thomas Lequin officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Jones is the daughter of Reynald and Denise Cloutier of Jay. Mr. Jones is the son of Kenneth and Laurie Jones of Meredith, N.H.
The bride wore an off the shoulder satin ball gown with pleated bodice and carried a bouquet of Stargazer lilies and white hydrangea.
Hillary Flagg, cousin of the bride, attended as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kandace Perron, sister of the bridegroom, and Mallory Michaud, Tiffany Kelvey and Kristen Ferland, friends of the bride.
Levi Jones and Gavin Jones, brothers of the bridegroom, were best men. Ushers were Curtis Cloutier, brother of the bride, Jacob Perron, brother of the bridegroom, and Ethan Lake and Lyle Flagg, friends of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at the Grand Summit Resort Hotel at Sunday River Ski Resort. The couple is residing in Scarborough.
The bride received an associate degree in medical assisting at Southern Maine Community College and is employed at Intermed.
The bridegroom received an associate degree in fire science at Southern Maine Community College and is employed at the Portland Fire Department.
