Everyone knows the president of the United States is a very busy man. However, President Obama is not too busy to let his voice be heard when something he really cares about comes up.
When Dr. George Tiller was murdered, Obama was on television within hours, condemning the killing of someone who provided abortions at any time and for any reason. When a pro-life protester was murdered, Obama said … he said … OK, he hasn’t said anything, yet, but he will. After all, condemning violence by one side of the abortion issue but not the other would be just plain wrong.
Speaking of wrong, let us not forget what he called the people who want the federal government to control its spending, and abide by the constitution (the tea party). He called these people a sexually derogatory term. Was he purposely insulting them?
Character matters.
