* Shannon H. Blake, 35, of Seabrook, N.H., Oct. 26, failure to appear, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Benjamin A. Matthews, 24, of Rumford, Oct. 26, violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.
