I support electing Peggy Rotundo to the Maine House of Representatives for District 74. She stands up for the people of Lewiston and gets things done.

When the Maine Turnpike Authority unveiled a plan to place the burden of toll increases on Lewiston-Auburn and areas nearby, she worked with others to challenge the decision and press for fairness.

She has been a great friend to the Lewiston Public Library and other libraries in Maine, sponsoring legislation that has enabled them to provide more services to communities.

She listens to her constituents on local issues, too. She recently worked with citizens in Ward 1 to assist them in voicing their concerns about Pettingill School’s future.

Before serving at the state level, she served on the Lewiston School Committee, building opportunities for the children.

Peggy Rotundo’s experience and effectiveness at the state and local levels are irreplaceable.
