MVHS presents ‘Christmas Carol’

RUMFORD — The Mountain Valley High School Players will present Charles Dickens’ classic “A Christmas Carol,” adapted by Meg Doughty, on Nov. 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20 at 7 p.m. in the Muskie Auditorium. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens.

Snowshoe Club supper, dance

RUMFORD — An early bird supper and dance will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Snowshoe Club.

Supper will be served from 5 to 6:30 p.m. for 2012-13 paid-up members.

Music will be played by Jamie and Gary from 7 to 11 p.m. for members and guests.
