Political parodies aplenty

The Capitol Steps comedy troupe will bring its humorous, satirical take on anything political to Lewiston Middle School on Friday, Nov. 9. The satirists’ material is typically presented as parodies of popular songs from past decades, often introduced with a short skit. Songs are interspersed with other routines like “Lirty Dies,” which explores recent scandals. The show, presented by L/A Arts, will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $27 adults/$15 students and seniors.
