LIVERMORE FALLS — Dorothy Thayer, MD, has reopened her family medical practice at 38 Union St. in Livermore Falls.

The practice serves new and returning patients 3 years of age and older in Livermore, Livermore Falls, Jay, Wilton, Leeds, Fayette, and surrounding towns and offers same-day and next-day appointments.

Recently hired as staff are Stacey Morin of Augusta as medical assistant, who previously worked for Pen Bay Medical Center, and Hildie J. Lipson of Wayne as office manager, who was previously executive director of MaineShare.

Thayer was recently with MaineGeneral Medical Center as primary care medical director.
