Dinner, auction for Charlene Wing

DIXFIELD — A spaghetti dinner and silent auction to benefit Charlene (Voter) Wing will be held Sunday, Nov. 25, at the American Legion Hall.

The auction takes place from noon to 4 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. The cost is $5.

Tickets available for Rotary meal

BETHEL — The Rotary Club of Bethel will host its annual country breakfast from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, at Ordway Hall, Gould Academy, Church Street.

The annual event benefits community projects and scholarships. The menu will include pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, homefries, breads and beverages.

Advance tickets are $7 for adults; $8 at the door; and children $3. All Bethel Rotary members have advance tickets for sale. For more information and tickets, contact Ellie Andrews, 592-9614. Isabella group’s Christmas party

RUMFORD — The Daughters of Isabella Circle 504 will hold their Christmas party after the 9:30 mass Sunday, Dec. 9, at Brian’s Bistro.

Hors d’oeuvres will be served. Dinner will be a choice of stuffed haddock or pork loin with all the fixings.

The cost is $20 per daughter. Send checks payable to Daughters of Isabella 504, c/o M. Boudreau, 23 Erchles St., Rumford, no later than Nov. 25. Nov. 30 is the cut off date.

Door prizes will be given. A Christmas box will be available for those wishing to donate for needy families.

Firemen’s Assoc. craft fair Dec. 8

ANDOVER — Andover Firemen’s Association will be having a craft fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8. Santa will arrive at 2 p.m.

Any crafters who would like a table can call Elaine Morton at 392-1140. Tables are $10 each.
