NORWAY — On Dec. 8 and 9, at 3 p.m. the seventh annual Christmastide Concert at the Second Congregational Church, 205 Main St., will be held. Because of the enthusiastic response to previous Christmastide Concerts, this year there will be two performances and there will be tickets.

The tickets are free. The Music Committee of the church feels tickets are necessary so that no one will be turned away due to overcrowding. Free tickets are available from any cast member, in the church office and during the Merchant’s Christmas Parade in the church parking lot on Saturday, Nov. 24.

The event will include carols, English hand bells, secular and sacred choral music. As a special treat this year, members of the children’s theater group will perform with the adult choir.

Refreshments, prepared by the cast and the many wonderful cooks of the Second Congregational Church, will be served following the concert.
