Hurricane Sandy relief effort

PARIS — Hundreds if not thousands of people are still dealing with the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy. Lisa Eichel of West Paris, along with the help of family and friends, has decided to take on this challenge and is asking for everyone’s help.

Eichel was able to secure a tractor trailer from Eric D. Dashiell of Dashiell Transportation Inc., Hampden, who is a friend of her family. Dashiell is willing to donate his trailer and his time to travel to New Jersey to help aid with the hurricane recovery and relief effort.
