Auburn – Auburn-Lewiston YMCA Biddy Basketball results from Saturday, Nov. 24.

Junior Division

Sam’s Italian Sandwich Shop 42, Hoop Camp 26: Ryan Theriault paced Sam’s with 16 points in the weekend’s first match up in the Junior Division. After being up only one after one period, Sam’s cruised by outscoring their opponents in each of the last three-quarters.  Corey Wiers, Mia-Angelina Leslie and Keegan Pelletier each chipped in with six points. Hoop Camp was led by Dan Nalley and Giles Paradis with 10 each.

Pats Pizza 31, Platz Associates 25: Led by Ethan Brown’s 16 points, Pat’s held on for a six-point win. Storm Jipson and Wol Akol lead Platz with eight points each. 

Androscoggin Title 44, Leary & Detroy 32: Androscoggin Title roared to a 12-point first quarter lead and never looked back in this high scoring affair.  Caleb Yarnevich led Androscoggin Title with 14 points. Leary & Detroy was led by Mohamed Mohamed, who scored a team high 16 points, 10 in the second quarter alone.  Ahmed Yonis added 14.

Emerson Toyota 33, Sun Journal 32: A balanced attack was key for Emerson in this match-up.  Nate Farnsworth lead Emerson with eight points, while Nick Hartley and Joel Stubbs added six apiece. Sun Journal was lead by Ethan Chute with 13 points, Christian Beliveau chipped in eight.

Pee Wee Division

Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli 32, The Fortin Group 21: Quincy Coachman (13) and Ben Poland (12) helped lead Heidi’s past The Fortin Group in opening action of the Pee Wee Division. Anson Perry led the way for The Fortin Group with eight points, followed by Jacob Jackson with six.

M & P Used Auto 29, Gee & Bee Sporting Goods 26: John Shea scored six of his 10 points in the fourth quarter as M & P held on for a three point win over Gee & Bee. Gee & Bee was paced by Christian Frey with 12 points.

Morrison & Sylvester 23, High Maintenance Landscape 23: Malik Foster scored two of his game-high 16 points with less eight seconds left in the game to tie the score at 23. High Maintenance Landscape was led by Tiana James, who scored a team-high 16 points and controlled the paint defensively. 

C.B. Bachmann 23, BGA Financial 15: C.B. Bachmann outscored BGA Financial 9-0 in the third and held on for an eight point win. Bachmann was led by Nick Gagne with nine points. BGA was led by Jason Brooker with eight points.

Hammond Lumber 36, Modern Woodmen of America 19: Tyson Green (19) and Noah Hill (15) teamed of for 34 of Hammond Lumber’s 36 total points in the victory. Tristin Blossom added the other bucket for Hammond Lumber. Modern Woodmen was led by Cameron Langis with 13 points.

Rooopers 25, Agren Appliance 22: Both teams scored four points in the pivotal fourth quarter and Roopers held on for the three point win. Roopers was led in scoring by Chase Martin with a game high 14 points. Agren was led by Josh Randall with eight points, followed by Mike Chaput (six).
