Harmonies, desserts event

SWEDEN — The second annual Holiday Harmonies and Decadent Desserts will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Town Meeting Hall.

Musicians include Ken and Laurie Turley, Greg and Jenny Huang-Dale and John Waldie. The homemade dessert buffet includes a chocolate fondue. A raffle of gift items will be available.

Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children under 12. Tickets may be purchased at the door or by calling Jane at 647-3987.

All proceeds benefit the Sweden Emergency Fund.

Spurrs Corner food pantry hours

OTISFIELD — The food pantry at Spurrs Corner Church, Route 121, will be open Tuesday, Dec. 18.

The pantry is open the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 10 a.m. to noon. For information call 583-4780 or 627-4329.
