Promising newcomers: Junior — Emily Knowles; Sophomore — Rachelle Bator, Taylor Hollingdale; Freshman — Caitlin Kane.

Outlook: The Cougars have almost everyone back with a little tourney seasoning after last year’s quarterfinal loss. Foy, Hilton and Nicely were all KVAC all-stars. Mt. Blue hopes to continue to rise and be a team to watch in Eastern A.
