Sons of Italy meet Dec. 16

RUMFORD — Gorizia Lodge 467 of the Sons of Italy will hold its monthly meeting on Sunday, Dec. 16, at the hall in Smithcrossing beginning at 3 p.m.

This meeting will be followed by a hot dish supper. All members are encouraged to attend and bring an item to share.

Rumford Library holiday events

RUMFORD — A holiday celebration will be held from Dec. 17 through Jan. 1 at Rumford Public Library. There will be baskets of prizes for all ages, with a chance to win with every checkout. A valid Rumford Public Library card is required.

Mrs. Claus will be the special celebrity guest at story time at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19.

Winter Concert at Telstar

BETHEL — Telstar’s Music Department will host its 15th annual Winter Concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, in the Helen Berry Auditorium. Welcome in the holiday season with the high school and middle school chorus and band.

Admission is free but donations are always welcome. Proceeds from the show will go towards student awards and music camp scholarships.

Mexico High Class of 1960
