Being a conservative Christian, I find my viewpoints in the minority since the election.

I am considering joining the Democratic party so I am not discriminated against. But first, I have a few questions:

I believe there is one God, who offers me eternal life through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. I also believe his word, the Bible, is absolute truth. So, will I be able to just believe the parts that make me feel good and ignore the rest?

I also believe that it takes a man and a woman to conceive a child and create a family. Is it really OK to teach children that they can have two mommies or two daddies? Why can’t I have two wives, or a wife and a husband? I am getting confused.

Speaking of kids, I thought the Democrats are all about equality and fairness. So why is it OK to kill a baby before he or she is even born? That doesn’t seem fair.

Why do some Democrats want to legalize marijuana, but not all the other illegal drugs? Isn’t that discrimination? Maybe the drug dealers should form a union so they would be treated fairly.

So many questions, so little time. Off to work I go; gotta pay those taxes and tackle that deficit.

Maybe the Democratic Party can send me some money so I can stay home and write another letter. Better yet, how about a free bag of marijuana? Maybe then I wouldn’t care what happens.
