* Nathan E. Palmer, 29, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 8:46 p.m. Dec. 23 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

* Max Haynes, 25, Peru, operating under the influence and failure to stop for a police officer, 2:16 a.m. Dec. 23 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Casey J. Senn, 26, Rumford, operating after suspension, 12:35 a.m. Dec. 22 on Franklin Street. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

* Ann Welch, 56, Rumford, domestic violence assault and terrorizing, 1:22 p.m. Dec. 21 on Knox Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
