* Tyler Smith, 18, Mexico, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, 10:38 p.m. Dec. 31 on Front Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

* Derek Richards, 22, Mexico, operating after suspension, 12:49 p.m. Dec. 30 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
