Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Feb. 5 in 11th District Court:
* Joesph Dion, 20, Rumford, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon (knife), 2:19 p.m. Jan. 7 on Waldo Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Feb. 15 in Oxford County Superior Court.
* Johnathan Matar, 22, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:55 a.m. Jan. 6 on Lochness Street. He was released on $1,200 unsecured bail.
