* Michael J. Macut Jr., 31, of Norway, Jan. 21, disorderly conduct, Norway Police Department.

* Kristin L. Mains, 25, of Oxford, Jan. 21, failure to appear, Paris Police Department.

* Roy D. McGraw, 41, of Rumford, Jan. 22, operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle after revocation, possession of scheduled drug and speeding more than 30 mph over the limit, Paris Police Department.
