DIXFIELD — The Emma R Foundation announces that Mary Carrier is the new program manager.
Her duties will include managing the Special Olympics program, Emma’s Happy Rebels.
The Emma R Foundation was founded in Dixfield in 2005 and currently offers private support and Mainecare Section 21 and 29 community support services for people with abilities. The intention is to allow individuals over the age of 18 to live as independently as they can in their own communities.
