Here we go, again.

A recent TV news telecast reported that Gov. Paul LePage had met with three independent legislators who, it appeared, wanted him to change the state budget (Jan. 22). They seemed all too willing to chastise the governor … again.

Oh, I agree, his choice of words can be a bit crass, but he is trying to get his point across.

Has he succeeded? Is that why everyone is so upset with him?

He is trying to balance a budget that some people don’t seem to want balanced!

Remember, he is the man who straightened out Waterville.

People should quit fighting him and give the man a chance. There has to be some common ground. I would be willing to bet that people could find it, if they tried.

I would vote for him again if I had the chance.
