FARMINGTON — Teachers Lounge Mafia are about done with the cold. They think it’s about time western Maine looked at Old Man Winter and laughed right in his face. They just hope it doesn’t make him angry. They plan to taunt sub-zero temps right out of Farmington on Friday, Feb. 8 as they perform at The Homestead on Broadway.

No strangers to the area, Western Maine audiences have come to expect a certain degree of ridiculousness from Teachers Lounge Mafia. They will present some new games and skits for their hometown crowd. Each game relies upon audience suggestions to provide inspiration for what comes next, ensuring every show is unique.

This performance also marks the group’s first appearance at The Homestead and their first downtown Farmington performance in years. Admission for this mature-content event is $5 with seating taking place in The Homestead’s function room. Food and drink menus available. For reservations, call 207-778-6162. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. For more information, email teachersloungemafiaimprov@gmail.com.
