* James D. Fogg, 30, of Norway, Jan. 29, failure to pay fines, Norway Police Department.

* Robert A. Heikkenen, 24, of Dixfield, Jan. 29, violation of bail condition and violation of protective order, Rumford Police Department.

* Michael B. Murphy, 61, of Norway, Jan. 29, violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.
