FARMINGTON — Judge Susan Oram ordered a Wilton man accused of sexual abuse charges in Kentucky to be held without bail Thursday until an accredited agent from Kentucky comes to take him back to that state.

Wilton police Sgt. Chad Abbott arrested Jamie Johnson on Jan. 23 in Wilton on a charge of fugitive from justice related to 13 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, according to 12th District Court documents.

Johnson waived extradition Thursday to go back to Kentucky, court documents state.

He has been held without bail since his arrest at the Franklin County Jail in Farmington.
