LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar “The Basics for Small Business” from 8-10 a.m. Feb. 28 at its offices at 415 Lisbon St.

Rob Westhoven and Chris Ruguilles of TD Bank will be the presenters. Their talk is geared toward small business owners and will cover business plan basics, running a profitable company, applying for financing and analyzing the competition.
