CARTHAGE — New England Celtic Arts in collaboration with the Kingfield POPS will present legendary Canadian fiddler Richard Wood and Gordon Belsher at Skye Theatre Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28. A pre-show jam session will start at 6 p.m.
