LIVERMORE — Selectpersons will begin budget discussions on Wednesday, March 6, for the 2013-14 year during a workshop, Administrative Assistant Kurt Schaub said Wednesday.
The Budget Committee will be invited to attend the session that begins at 7 p.m. at the Town Office. Department heads will be asked to attend.
Schaub said he will meet with department heads beforehand to develop a starting point for budgets. He has begun work on some of the “boilerplate” items, he said.
Once a draft budget is created, it will be reviewed jointly by the Board of Selectpersons and the Budget Committee at meetings beginning in early April.
