AUBURN — Claudette T. Fournier, 63, of 14 Wilson St., Lewiston, died Friday, Feb. 22, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice, due to complications of COPD and emphysema.

She was born in Lewiston, Dec. 15, 1949, the daughter of Fernand and Liliette Renaud Cliche. She was educated in local schools and graduated from Bernard’s School of Hair Fashion.

A member of the First Assembly of God Church, she is survived by her loving husband, Charles Fournier of Lewiston; three sons, John and wife, Michelle Hawley, of Mechanic Falls, Larry “Buddy” and wife, Michelle Hawley, of Essex Junction, Vt., and Jed Sweetser of Clermont, Fla.; four sisters, Connie and husband, Larry Morin, of Lewiston, Viv Tucci of Lewiston, Pauline Lyons of Fitchburg, Mass., and Laurie Ann Charest of Auburn; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; her best friend, Gloria Bartley of Durham; and her two devoted dogs, Moxie and Baby Girl.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by an infant son, Jason; a sister, Jackie Rawson; and Pappy, her dog.
