LEWISTON — BJ’s Charitable Foundation on Tuesday announced a donation of $5,000 to the Trinity Jubilee Center of Lewiston in support of its food pantry program, its day shelter assistance, its refugee assistance program and its meals program.
The donation was part of a $1,689,150 donation to 265 nonprofit organizations in the 15 states where BJ’s Wholesale Clubs are located. The donated funds will be dispersed to organizations that focus in four areas: hunger prevention, education, self-sufficiency and health care.
