* Jessica Lynn Magorna, 30, of 151 Manley Road, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, 12:46 a.m. Friday on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge.

* Gary B. Cook Jr., 40, of 20 Judson St., on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license, 12:48 a.m. Friday on Mechanic’s Row.

* Jane Brissette, 54, of Lewiston, lost control of her car on black ice and flipped the vehicle onto its roof at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday on No Name Pond Road. Her 2007 Chevrolet was towed.
