— Danielle Dawn Nelson, 23, of 201 Webster Road, Lisbon, on charges of refusing to submit to arrest, refusing to stop and violation of bail conditions at 10:15 Friday at 58 Spring St.

— Kevin Michael O’Donnell, 23, 201 Webster Road, Lisbon, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest, refusing to stop and violation of bail conditions at 10:15 Friday at 58 Spring St.

— Jason Scott Mathon, 29, of 11 Webster St., Auburn, on a charge of violating a protection order at 7:35 a.m. Saturday at 46 High St.

Androscoggin County

— Liam Mulcahy, 45, of 15 A St., Hampton, N.H., on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 9:49 p.m. Friday on Interstate 95 in Lewiston by Maine State Police 

— Daniel Cyr, 77, of 496 Sabattus St., Lewiston, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 10:37 p.m. Friday on Sabattus Street in Lewiston by Maine State Police.

— Robert Silver, 27, of 54 Park St., Livermore Falls, on two charges of theft 10:30 p.m. Friday at the same address by Maine State Police.

— Walter Jones, 73, of 11 Willard Dr., Turner, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at at 11:42 p.m. Friday on Sabattus Street in Lewiston by Maine State Police. 

— Nicholas Mulligan, 32, of 262 Marston Hill Road, Minot, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 2:15 a.m. Saturday on Route 126 in Sabattus by Maine State Police.

— Jason Crisman, 22, of 549 Main St., Monmouth, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 12:50 a.m. Saturday on Sabattus Street in Sabattus by Maine State Police.

ACCIDENTS

Lewiston

— Vehicles driven by Claire M. Grover, 47, of 45 Robinson Road, Livermore Falls, Patrick C. Rossignol, 65, of 250 Center St., Auburn, and Alfred T. Libby, 85, of 386 South Witham Road, Auburn, collided at about 10:09 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Main and Middle streets. Grover’s gold 2007 Ford four-door and Libby’s blue 2006 Jeep SUV were both towed. Rossignol’s green 1998 Dodge suffered minor damage. Witnesses said Libby failed to stop at a red light, hitting Grover’s vehicle and spinning it into Rossignol’s vehicle.
