It looks like the Benghazi attack had its 15 minutes of fame and has now receded into a footnote in history, like the Fast and Furious fiasco.

Former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton testified that she didn’t know ahead of time of an impending attack in Benghazi, Libya. That flies in the face of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs “Flashing Red” report that became available in December 2012.

In that report, there was evidence that “Benghazi was increasingly dangerous and unstable” months before the attack. And no one took any action.

Information began coming in February 2012 up until the attack, and went to the highest levels of the State Department. At least four attacks had been carried out at Benghazi, at other embassies and the Red Cross during those seven months.

It was already understood that the Libyan government wasn’t capable of protecting U.S. interests. Why did no one do anything?

The Obama administration misled the American people about it being a spontaneous attack due to a anti-Muslim movie and what they did about it once it occurred.
