* Amanda L. Brulotte, 30, of Oxford, March 12, domestic violence assault, assault, aggravated criminal mischief and failure to submit to arrest or detention, Oxford Police Department.

* Justin T. Elsman, 29, of Canton, March 12, burglary, theft and violation of bail condition, Maine State Police.
