POLAND — Voters can meet candidates for selectmen, the library board and the school board at the annual Spring Candidates’ Night on Thursday, March 21.

It will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Poland Town Office.

Each candidate will give an introductory statement and participate in a question-and-answer session. The meeting will be televised on the local public access channel.

Four candidates are vying for two positions on the Board of Selectmen: Michelle Arsenault, Walter Gallagher, Sandra Knowles and James Walker.

Ronald Morin and John Sayles are seeking the two open positions for library trustee.

Mary Ella Jones is running for re-election to the Regional School Unit 16 board of directors.

The election will be held April 5.
