Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned April 2 in 11th District Court:

* Mark St. Cyr, 54, Rumford, operating under the influence, 10:10 p.m. March 16 on Spruce Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned May 7 in 11th District Court.

* Alicia Gagnon, 19, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 1:56 p.m. March 14 on Oxford Avenue. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.
