RANGELEY —  Bill Pierce, director of development at the Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust, announces he has resigned that position, effective April 12.

Pierce said he has been asked to be part of a new nonprofit organization that will provide small groups of veterans of all ages and physical capabilities, as well as groups of children and those of various outdoor conservation organizations, with quality outdoor recreational experiences at King and Bartlett Fish and Game Club in Eustis.
