WEST STEWARTSTOWN, N.H. —
Edna B. Williams, 87, of Stewartstown, N.H., passed away on Friday evening, March 22, at the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook, after a short illness.

She was born in Colebrook on June 21, 1925, a daughter to the late Claude and Mildred (Storey) Linnell Sr. She was graduated from the Leavitt Academy of Turner and later lived for many years in Wallingford, Conn.  She moved with her husband to Rumford, in 1956, and they owned and operated Down’s Florist in Rumford until 1983. From 1983 to 1992, they divided their time living between Colebrook and Magalloway. Following the death of her husband in 1992, Edna moved to a new home in Stewartstown.

Edna leaves behind several nieces and nephews. 

She is predeceased by her husband, Thomas H. Williams Jr. in 1992; a son, Thomas H. Williams III, in 1991; a brother, Claude Linnell Jr.; and three sisters, Eunice Thurston, Elva Jordan and Cleo Bennett.
